Proposed Amendments to Chapter II re Palliative Care Standards

The Division is proposing an amendment to the Chapter II General Licensure rules. The amendment defines palliative care and contains standards that facilities/agencies must adhere to if they choose to provide palliative care. You may review the language of the proposed amendment on our site. 

Please review the proposed amendment and submit any comments regarding it by Friday, December 13, 2013 to the individual listed below.
