Proposed amendments to Chapter II, General Licensure Requirements

The Division is proposing amendments to Chapter II, General Licensure Requirements. The amendments are required in order to comply with House Bill 12 -1268 which transfers building construction and life safety code functions to the Division of Fire Prevention and Control effective July 1, 2013. You will be notified of proposed amendments to other chapters concerning specific facility types in the next few weeks.
