Chapter II proposed rule re patient record copy costs

The Division has revised its proposed rule change to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter II, Part 5 regarding patient record copy costs. The public rule-making hearing on this amendment is being rescheduled for November 20, 2013.

A letter explaining this proposed change and a copy of the proposed revised amendment may be reviewed in the proposed regulations section of our website.
