Revised amendments to Chapter XXI, Hospices

The Division has revised its proposed amendments to Chapter XXI, Hospices. These amendments are required in order to comply with House Bill 12 -1268 which transfers building construction and life safety code functions to the Division of Fire Prevention and Control effective July 1, 2013.
