Revised amendments to Chapter IX, Community Clinics and Community Clinics and Emergency Centers

The Division has revised its proposed amendments to Chapter IX, Community Clinics and Community Clinics and Emergency Centers. These amendments are required in order to comply with House Bill 12 -1268 which transfers building construction and life safety code functions to the Division of Fire Prevention and Control effective July 1, 2013.
